In this place,
Where I am alone.
I am surrounded by people,
Yet isolated.
My voice echoes in the darkness,
As I call to them.
The hollow shadows around me,
Ignoring my words.
It becomes more desolate now,
The land I am in.
Helplessly I watch it dying,
Crumbling away.
But still I continue to walk,
Looking for the light.
Before the dark takes me over,
Leaving me to rot.
Here,
In this place,
Where I am alone.
